Maybe so, but even doing 52mph I could still overtake Tesco vehicles, they seemed to be the slowest on the motorways
-
I know it’s GS Owner prices, those lights also need a Can bus adapter to work so that is another £170 on top of the £900. Very impressive lights nonetheless. I’ll wait for cheaper chinky clones to come on the market.
-
same as hunting now ... no need for it, you got a Tesco's on every corner now .... just for the warped individuals who like to kill animals
-
I think all HGV can do 60 mph now.
-
there is a solution out there...so i have heard... £90 a year to get every channel there is, as i say, so i have heard.
-
thats more money than sense... ridiculous
-
Lorries don't go that fast here (UK) The 7.5 T lorry I drove was limited to 52 mph...
-
I have traveled states side on many occasions...and can tell you its actually dangerous riding at the posted speed limit...at 70 mph loris or transport trucks are blasting by you...
-
Noooo....I did 250 miles between 2024 and the 2025 MOT My milage till the next MOT may be higher, I did 120 miles to Cadwell Park a couple of weeks ago, I may break the 300 mile barrier over the next year.... ,, but don't hold your breath.. But it's doubtful as iam putting it up for sale (again) next spring.
-
Don't you mean 10 years
-
My scoot travelling at 70mph would not make I think, it would be very close though.....it only has a 2.75 gallon tank. 179 mile ride would be amost 1 years riding for me.
-
I think yes, at constant speed every 10mph has an impact if you're talking about the full tank range. The most I've ever done on my bike was 460 miles on the same tank, but that was on slow country roads. It could never achieve that on the motorway at constant 80mph.
-
Reminds me of the last ride we took...Roland was leading on a section of the highway that had a posted limit of 70 mph...and he had his bike on cruise control at 70 exactly....when we pulled of for gaz...I asked what the hell are you doing....lol...we were getting passed by Toyota prius ffs...lol.
- Today
-
And he had to fit them himself.
-
Would 80 make a big difference ?
-
The busa would make that no problem, running at 80 in mode C I'll get near on 220 miles to the light then another 30 miles on the light, in mode A it would be touch and go though
-
Im one of those who doesn't catch what bullfighting is about...I guess like you were saying its a cultural thing... Speaking of sport fishing..we have this stripe sea bass that was introduced some years back...its now considered and evasive species...lol These thing can grow to 5 feet long weighing up to 50lbs or more..extremely powerful fish to catch on a fishing rod...
-
I use to river fish (Trent) with dad in law, i would spend more time asleep on the bank instead of fishing when the weather was good..... after he passed away I could not be bothered to go on my own. I have fished in Majorca while on holiday, caught some good sized Mullet, but we no longer travel abroad so no longer fish at all. I gave all my fishing gear to my son, who almost immediately sold the lot.
-
At 70mph the GS could make it there and back.
-
I get that. Same thing can be said for the bullfighting and keeping the landscape like it should be. It's a complex matter.
-
If you want to view it that way. They were all returned safe and sound and handled with great care when out of the water for the minimum possible time. The money I pay to be able to go do this contributes to clean ups of the rivers, breeding and stocking programs for the fish, works to encourage rare or endangered water/ water side animals and management of the overall habitat. I'd like to see it go further than it does, but without it our countryside might not be as attractive as it is.
-
I'd say yes for the indian...ktm...running at that speed for 300km...unsure..ive done well over 300km on it before...but not crusing at 80 mph...
