No ride on delivery day, by the time I went and got insurance and got back home, it had started to rain. I was too nervous/excited to take out a new bike with new tires on a cold wet January day. I knew the dealership would take care of any issues if they did come up later, so I waited for a nicer day. ?

As most of you are snuggled in your beds, I sit sipping some lovely cognac, as I managed to get my latest video done. ? It's rather silly that I care, but I like to be consistent with my uploads. It's a strange creative process I go through and I guess I like it. Anyways, as I sit talking to a bunch of people who are asleep......hey, does that mean I can insert "ideas" into your heads as you all sleep.....

Introducing Charlotte - My New 2020 Honda CB500F I would like to introduce you to my new tarmac toy, a 2020 Honda CB500F named Charlotte. ?? I took delivery of her on January 29th from the friendly folks at Carter Motorsports in Vancouver and have been having a blast with her ever since. I am really happy to have a Honda again, and a CB in particular. My first bike was a 1984 Honda CB650 Custom, which I loved very much. I have a feeling Charlotte will also be very special. ? My Royal Enfield Himalayan, Bagheera is now going to be mostly for backroads and gravel travel, which is where he is happiest.

Not that it matters in the least to anyone, but with my stressful week lifted from my brain, my inspiration is back! I was going to scrap my latest video project the other day, as I was rather grumpy.....lol But I went back to it today and I think I have made something out of very little. I'll post it later for your viewing pleasure!

The weekend didn't start so well for me. I had a bad week, the kind where stress kicks your ass and then laughs at you and you slowly die on the floor. ANYWAYS....not to be a downer. So I took the day to get better and spent a few hours just riding Charlotte, the best medicine one can get. Then did some cleaning when we got home and put her new windshield on. Hope to take Bagheera out tomorrow and if the weather is nice, get out in the yard and do some winter clean up from all the wind storms.

Well I think it is a great idea.....but you know... ? So @XTreme you say "come up with", should I look through my current photos, or do something new? I already have some good pics, just saying. I would think Bagheera would be better to start with as it is a bit more what people expect to see when you say "adventure" bike. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts, well, maybe let me know if they are nice, clean thoughts....lol

You know, you almost me had me on that one, I was close to having no response to that question, but then..... Firstly, as a lady I never kiss and tell Secondly, in Canada doing "it" as you all refer to "it", in cars is for casuals....all that protection and safety, bah I say Until you have done "it" on a snowmobile in a snowstorm, you are not a real man. You keep that little worm going in those conditions and I'll buy you a beer. ?? Just for the record, I don't play with unsightly things ?

Charlotte's first farkle arrived today, all the way from France. ? I know that's not fancy to most of you, but to a simple Canadian, that's kind of cool. I think this little windshield will just finish off her front end very nicely.

For the most part we can do as we please here. As @boboneleg pointed out in my last ride report, we can even kiss in public around this crazy place. ? Not sure about the city, I don't get off the coast much. We do have to wear masks indoors, but that is about it. Maybe if I had a life I would notice something else?
