  1. 2023 hasn't give me a lot of things to remember, good or bad. I was able to ride my bike around 5000km (3k miles), all in small trips, mostly commute, which was nice. Workwise, I started the year with a new colleague, who is going to be fired next month. So history will repeat itself on that side. On my personal life, nothing much happened. I was able to avoid Covid for another year. And I went to NYC to visit a couple of friends and walked around the city for a week (78 miles on foot).
  2. Something like this? (didn't spend a lot of time on it, that's why it's far from perfect )
  3. If you want to go a bit further with small edit/corrections you can add the Snapseed app on your mobile phones. It's a free google app, without ads great for simple corrections.
  4. I believe that none of us is a professional photographer, but I think that many pictures could be much better if you put just a little more effort on the framing. @Pedro your picture was good but could be better if you just gave more "breathing space" to the bike... (I couldn't stop myself so here is your picture "corrected"). I just added a bit more ground on the bottom.
  5. I couldn't resist to give you a hand with the crop... and boost the red just a bit.
  6. This post is specially for those who live in English speaking countries. Here is a list of a few YouTubers who contact scammers directly to mess with them and try to block them from scamming people. - https://www.youtube.com/@ScammerPayback - https://www.youtube.com/@Scambaiter - https://www.youtube.com/@ScammerRevolts - https://www.youtube.com/@KitbogaShow It's actually funny to watch some of them and it also might help you to not get scammed.
  7. He lacks consistency. Sometimes he is great rider and then he is just "meh..." This season he had also a not of bad luck being crashed in on the first races where he could have been good. Unfortunately, I don't see him as World Champion.
  8. Miguel is the almost champion... 2nd on moto3 and moto2...
  9. 1990 Kawasaki ZXR 400 and 1991 Kawasaki ZXR 400. My cousin had the 1990, it was the first motorcycle I sat on as a Kid. One of his best friends bought the 1991 model. The used to take me to school on them. These 2 bikes gave me (an 11 year old kid) the "Bike Bug". Loved motorcycles since those days! After all these years i still find them beautiful!
  10. It's a great beginner bike, very easy to ride. Light clutch, good breaks, nice torque (it requires some finesse to manage the accelerator at slow speeds though). Nimble and fun to ride at slow-ish speeds and great fuel consumption. It has the downside of all naked bikes, which is getting hit by the wind quickly, but other than that I love it.
  11. After one year of ownership... 5606 km (3483 miles), with an average consumption of 2,9lt/100km... (97mpg) and a lot of smiles!
  12. I work for a french bank as an IT Application Support Analyst.
  13. Went to the office today and had the chance to see the sunrise...
  14. I haven't been in the UK yet, but my brother is living there, so eventually I will go visit him... The chances are slim, but not 0
