There's decent parts obviously.....but when you know Swansea "beneath the surface" so to speak, it's not a pleasant environment.

We got out 30 years ago when the kids were born......we didn't want them growing up in that shithole. So despite the fact they were both born there they have no memories of it whatsoever. The downside for me and the wife is that no matter how long you've been gone, or how far away you might be, Swansea is still in you. It never leaves you. The only good thing about spending so many years there is it prepares you for the harshness of real life.

Tomorrow looks good.......so I'm going to be hunting for more wreckage and devastation in uninhabited areas! However, Sunday looks like a washout......and so does most of next week. It's not normal to have rain this late in May! So that's my weekend.....what you up to?
