You can't pinpoint it......there's ways to cloak your location.

And just so you know, they do watch this place so your presence here will have been noted!

Via his IP address......but that's not conclusive because he could be accessing via a proxy IP showing a different location. But the IP address can only give a rough guide on the area.....it can't pinpoint a person.
