Hardly slept last night cos even with the slightest cough it hurts my side.......ended up falling asleep at the PC earlier.

Ibuprofen.....plus still got to finish off the antibiotics course.

I'm back......take painkillers and rest.

Yeh......just getting over this flu and laryngitis then I twisted my side.

Off to the docs for a follow up again.......hope I can get something for my side which is killing me now after I strained it.

We've been really ill for the last week or so with this fucking virus. Ended up having to go the the equivalent of A&E.

Not a lot Rich......recovery from this is going to take a long time, same with the wife. We're convinced that our bout of Covid has weakened our immunity and recovery processes.
