Mate of mine around my age was going to do a trip to Kazakhstan on his KTM 790.....but then Covid restrictions came into effect. Then he couldn't go cos he was waiting for a hip replacement. Eventually he got his hip replacement, went through all the recovery process, and finally last week he left. Unfortunately he only got as far as the M25 before the fucking thing expired! He's now waiting for an update from the KTM dealer!

Looking at the vid on reliability I can't help but notice there's no mentions for BMW, KTM, Ducati, Triumph, Harley, Chinese, or Indian motorcycles. Instead it's 5 bikes for Honda, 2 for Suzuki, 2 for Kawasaki, and 1 for Yamaha! What can we learn from this?

The only thing It'll fail miserably at is looking like a Brit replica! I can live with that! And since when has looking like a Brit replica been a criteria for buying a bike? Don't people make purchasing decisions based on criteria like value for money, reliability, resale value, parts availability, dealer network etc these days? Compare it with any other bikes at that price point......that's the logical way. How good it is compared to another Indian POS doesn't give buyers much to go on. For example......the CB500X is at that price point! And it's a big seller! So how does it stack up against that? We all know the answer to that, but these review guys won't say it because the Dealers won't give them any more bikes to test.

What nationalities? I thought they'd all left?
