  1. Don't apologize fro not taking photos, it's rare that you get a road where you can enjoy it that much
  2. I've had four Transalps, easiest bike ever to ride, absolutely love them.
  3. I had a look and the GR213 goes through Joigny but not by the river, some of it might be fun to follow.
  4. Excellent stuff Chris, glad you got it sorted. Is it a GR route ? We ride one like that alongside the Dordogne river, it gets a bit hairy in places

  14. Don Giovanni from the Met in 2000, my son is a huge opera fan. When he was younger he cost us a lot of money as we took him to see Pavarotti (his hero ) three times .

  19. I was lucky Fred, I bought them off a guy on a forum for £120, he hadn't even worn them and sent me the receipt incase of any problem with them. They are like walking in a pair of slippers compared with the Sidi Adventures but I still use my faithful Sidi Trials boots for trail riding.
