I've had four Transalps, easiest bike ever to ride, absolutely love them.

I had a look and the GR213 goes through Joigny but not by the river, some of it might be fun to follow.

Excellent stuff Chris, glad you got it sorted. Is it a GR route ? We ride one like that alongside the Dordogne river, it gets a bit hairy in places

I can't remember whether you were with us when we called in at Boano's shop in Italy Fred ? Here's Ivano Boano showing us how to ride a T700 properly...........

I was lucky Fred, I bought them off a guy on a forum for £120, he hadn't even worn them and sent me the receipt incase of any problem with them. They are like walking in a pair of slippers compared with the Sidi Adventures but I still use my faithful Sidi Trials boots for trail riding.

These will fall apart after about 2 months ?
