  1. Neither Pete nor Marcel won it this year it can't be
  2. Well he's been throwing it in our faces almost from the moment the Dr opened the first incision
  3. You must have heard of that one, a sheltered life you have lived
  4. That's the thing isn't it, everyone always blames the motorcyclist in an accident don't they unless of course they are themselves a motorcyclist. The sheer audacity of the woman to say you should have been booked, it kinda reminds me of the little prang I had on my first ninja going back about 10 years ago were a car took the same exit as me then panicked because he didn't want that exit and tried to throw the car back on the to roundabout at the last second right in front of me and the wife, the copper who attended said to me that herts constabulary are currently running a bike safe rider course to which I responded with does he think I was in the wrong..... He didn't exactly answer that question so I told him in to uncertain terms what I thought of him got on the bike and took off at max rpm then whilst he was standing there I exited the roundabout on the back wheel and gave it the berries down the a414
  5. It's not particularly expensive at the moment in the northeast
  6. There's not too many up in my area, maybe it's too cold for them
  7. Well I hope you take him for all he has, at least you have witnesses who can back your version of events up. Was it just you and the flipflop involved?
  8. The well renowned flip-flop, and I'd bet he blamed you for being there
  9. Welcome back colette we were wondering where you'd got to. merry Christmas to you and yours and very sorry to hear that you've had an accident and by sounds of it come off very much second best, but thankfully at least it was only the bike that was written off. Here's to a hopeful speedy recovery.
  10. Not at all, on the journey down yesterday I was getting 52 to the gallon until we came off the motorway then it came down to 48, today we went to her nans in sheerness and it returned 47 to the gallon. The bike gets the because its too fast to open it up it lives between 2 and 6k rpm
  11. Well that's put a dampener on things. Guessing we'll be sold off soon to the lowest bidder
  12. So we mean nothing to you pete.
  13. I'm not exactly short nor particularly fat so their ergonomics are of no use to me
  14. Yes merry Christmas to all you guys and gals
  15. It's actually not as thirsty as you'd expect, without trying it's doing between 45-50 to the gallon on a run and between 35-40 on shorter journeys. To fuck am I getting a dacia duster
  16. The car is already good enough now the manifolds have been replaced, its back to its best now
  17. Yeah I'll have less time, maybe time to get myself a cheap work hack for the time being, something that it won't matter too much if it doesn't get looked after too much
  18. I've actually been having that idea myself, sell the pair of them and get myself a cheap 600cc or so for a while, get ourselves on the property ladder with the proceeds from the busa and rsv then once things have stabilised with money I can get myself another busa if I wanted in the future. They are both nice to have but the money from them both could be put to better use
  19. I do plan on doing more riding this year, just have to see how family commitments go
