I gave it a try today, you certainly know when you haven’t ridden for a while, did about 45 miles, back was ok but then when I came to a junction I got frigging cramps in my thigh twice, need to get out on it more and loosen up the muscles.
Just had salad is that bland enough, had a Mediterranean type salad thing yesterday peppers, onions, and stuff I think that’s why I feel shyte, I feel loads better when eat a full English.
Just got a text from the doctor he’s put up my blood pressure tablet as I have high blood pressure, yeah I have nigh blood pressure because they decided to lower the normal 140 over 90 to 120 over 80.
Yeah i know how you feel I’m not a healthy food or small portion person either, that’s just what I’ve been eating bland food yuck, but needs must I guess.
