On other news, I seem to have lost my doctor. That’s what you get in Portugal when you don’t get sick very often
Our health card goes inactive if it's not used for more than a year, but you can pop into a pharmacy and get them to update it, which keeps it active. I just did that this evening when I was in the pharmacy with my missus as she was picking up her regular prescription drugs. It's just short of a year since I last used it!

he will never have to put ad blue in again i reckon
When I had my A4 Avant I could just rock up at my local Audi dealer and get them to fill the Ad Blu. Same price per litre as in the filling stations, but I didn't get my hands dirty! Didn't need to book an appointment either! Pretty good service really. I'm not sure if they still do it.

Did they take the bulbs out of the warning lights?
I hired a van a few years back, it had a bit of black tape covering the brake warning light! People were also flying past me on the dual carriageway, even though I was doing 70mph! However, when I put my satnav in it I found that an indicated 70mph was actually 50mph, which explained why it seemed slow! But, it was cheap!

Bob doesn't ride small trailies!
He found the CB500X was lacking in power compared to his previous bikes, as his background is large capacity Triumphs.
So it won't be anything small.
I am getting older though, Pete. Obviously not quite as decrepit as you yet, but..............

Maybe he was just having a bit of an episode and will calm down in a day or two? I missed the stuff leading up to it, so I can't comment on how it got to this, but I did like a lot of Marcel's input, even if I couldn't work out some of it!

Jethro Tull original from 1969, or Joe Bonamassa cover?

A guy I used to know always went for sports bikes and 1-piece leathers, but he was seriously slow! I'm not a speed merchant, but when he did come on a rideout even my missus was quicker than him. Then people would take the piss out of his chicken strips and he'd get the hump and go home! I really never understood why he was drawn to sports bikes.
