That wouldn’t’t worry me if so as the bearing’s doing all the hard work. I wouldn't worry about it either, because I'm not riding it.

It's basically and idler pulley.. it only transfers rotation to the wheel...it doesn't carry any load...ill keep and eye on it...
Marcel
At cruising speed there isn't much force on the pulley....it's not like a wheel bearing holding up 1300 pounds...and when I go around corners at 2.76 G you're talking about the weight of and entire bush elephant bearing down on the bearing... That should lock the back wheel nicely when the belt splits and jams itself between the swing arm and the pulley. I'm sure that won't happen if course.

Lol...would you stop , for the belt to come off , the pulley bearing would have to completely disintegrate, wasn't any movement between the inner spacer before I repack it with grease..And beleive me I would be hearing something abnormal if it starts to fail along the road...but I will be going to the bearing shop this morning and have one ordered and ill be buying a puller if I have to...takes five minutes to check, imagine Ill be doing a few thousand km before leaving on the road trip and I'll have a look at it before leaving....im not worried...
