Marcel Posted yesterday at 06:36 Share Posted yesterday at 06:36 I've asked Buckster if he could possibly link the video up for me...im really proud of my boys and never really showed them to anyone before...not saying im a perfect person or Father, wasn't always around at times a specially when they were younger...reflexting at times I wish maybe I did spend more time with them...but I had to sacrifice things to be a good provider at times...but I was able to pass down the same passion for motorcycles like I have...
Marcel Posted yesterday at 08:31 Author Share Posted yesterday at 08:31 I remember the first new bike I bought one of them...a klx110...he had taken it out by himself a few times already...I warned him not to follow along the railroad trail heading south..its basically and atv trail with deep water in places...of course he didn't listen..lol..and completely submerged the thing..don't know how he managed to drag it out of the water or get it started again..lol...was about 10 years old at the time ...anyway I flush the engine like about 5 times..and the oil was still coming out milky...didn't keep it long...put it for sale almost immediately ..lol...then he moved to a yamaha 125..wr if I'm not mistaken...mellow 4 stroke...by the age 17 or 18..I wasn't buying bike for them anymore..they saved up with odd jobs..and bought their own bikes after that...neither did I do the repairs unless it was something they couldn't handle...one of the twins was more mechanically inclined than the other..and did the repairs on both bikes 99% of the time..lol. Just stop it already...I've ran across thousand of guys like you on hyper bikes...and who can't ride worth shit...the only skill they have is holding the throttle pind in a straight line...ok so you've gone 300kph...woopidooda..

I prefer real speed..... aka mph..... none of this continental shite work in imperial not metric. I wouldn't have an issue riding a crosser it's just cruisers I refuse to ever throw a leg over again they are horrible to ride and don't handle how a bike should handle

My 1290 topped out at 160mph and it was no where's aerodynamic built like your bike.. Has for a cruiser, from experience having owned 2 previous harleys the indian is night and day in comparison...sure its no hyper sport bike but can actually be pushed at a fairly descent pace at time... It ran on the dyno at a top speed of 208mph so real world with wind around 200mph I have had 175 comfortably out of it and it didn't feel like it was trying too hard to achieve that speed (on a private road of course) As for cruisers it doesn't matter what manufacturer they are from i just wouldnt swing my leg over another one again after the street glide special pile of shite that I had a test ride on 6 years ago

Agree with you on the Harley Street glide..rides like shit ..

Really, so 5mph faster than I have already had out of it.... its definitely got alot more to give from 175mph as they stand without the 186mph limiter they are 195-200mph bikes as standard with modifications they easily break the 200mph mark and since mine is not standard you do the maths Oh and it handles well on the twisties
