Reservoirs are at 100% down here. Doesn’t mean they won’t run out but first time they have been full in 3 years.

I am @Clive just cut me grass for the first time this year. Funnily enough I had to sort the mower first as the Mrs had stood on the pull cord and jammed it out. Easy enough fix but then the fucking thing wouldn't stay running, guessing it was the fuel on the turn I put some of the octane booster I use for my car it in and it ran just fine. But then again it is a Honda, see told you I have had an interesting day.

Try getting one for less now that's what they fetch. I think it's a case of not getting your hero bikes from back in the day as modern stuff is so much better in every way. Lots of old school bikes I really like but doubt I would want to live with one as my only rider. CT125 would be a lot of fun in the right environment but imagine you would want more power before to long. Problem with that sort of bike especially on the roads that you show us is that your would be forever highlighting the fact that it would be dog slow. Tell us what you actually want from a bike to narrow the field a little. All I know is not RE, Chinky or BMW. I think Ray is right get a naked bike and back to just having fun.

Went to the first Britannia bike night earlier. About 20 bikes turned up over the course of a couple of hours. Some interesting characters to including a hump back and a cos play 1950’s greaser with his Thai bride. Also a profoundly deaf Lezzer, or that’s how she introduced herself Friendly enough bunch not sure it’s for me but will give it a chance and go again
