me neither , no one down your way do the sticks ?

I Think is on in a couple of clubs and one pub I know but I can't be arsed with that.  I like to see the fight without being surrounded by a load of drunk fuckwits.  Getting very boring in my old age 🤣

  2. Same old same old for me Working tonight and Sunday.  Prolly watching rugby tomorrow and up the rugby club to help put up a marquee Sunday morning.     Gotta sort out a set list for my singing group for next weekend and publish it for the members to download.  Now sitting around doing fuck all off to work at 10 pm.

So they give drugs ...didn't think you'd be cencing pain..?

I think they are probably keeping him mildly sedated, probably why they have a catheter in.  But I am no medic so only guessing.

That's why i converted mine i had everything here so cost nothing but some time and it would have been a shame to throw it out as its a good pump

See it's that sort of mindset that has given me 3 sheds and a loft full of stuff to good to throw away.  🤣

When mine buggered up i just put a lead on it to connect to the battery via the fag outlet works great now

Yeah that is a possibility, but I have got a decent fag light compressor though.    I think @Pedro hit the nail on the head though, it's probably not going to be worth the money to replace it.  If I had a mini spot welder I have the 18650 cells to do the job but its daft to spend £100 on one just to be able to fix a bit of chinese tat.

I saw an RS200 today, I didn’t think there were any left, I was on the bike so no pictures but I was trying to work out why this Mazda sports car had a Ford badge. It was being driven gently so I guess it is someone’s pride and joy as a collectors car.

Yeah they are around and worth stupid money, £200k plus  so that probably explains the caution.

  7. Right my cheapie chinky tyre pump’s battery has died.     It’s been bloody useful so I would like to replace the battery pack if I can get one economically.

It’s a 3 cell 18650 pack with what I believe is a JST 4wire charging and output plug.   Anyone know of a vendor.   I have been looking at the usual places.

For reference the pump itself was only £19 so I don’t want to spend a hellofva lot fixing it.   Before you say it yes I could make my own but I don’t have a mini spot welder and can’t really be assed.   I just want to plug in a new pack or bin it all.   I have bought a Bosch replacement but if I could fix the old one it would be good.

  8. This place doesn't seem the same without @XTreme at the helm with his own form of Ginger Negativity binding this motley collection of humanity together.    I am hoping that he is just on the good stuff (diazepam or the like) and will bounce back soon.  Get well mate, nearly missing you.  I hope they get the plumbing out of your todger soon.  👍

He will get a Honda Scoot and it will be the best scoot in the World 🤣   Won't even need a topbox as he will have the handy underseat storage 🤣 So you horrible fuckers won't be able to bully him about it.  😉

  10. Just had a therapeutic afternoon, had to take My Shadows bike up to Damerells to be looked at.   I took a route avoiding the A30 as a 125 on a duel carriageway is not much fun.  Anyway bimbled there on B roads sat in the sun for an hour and bimbled back again on a similar route.   Thoroughly enjoyed it, different sort of biking but very enjoyable nonetheless.   Terminal velocity on the CB125F is 63 mph with my fat arse on it  😎 Some serious vibey bollock tingling at that speed 🤣.  Really fun trying to keep momentum up and making sure to hit the bottom of hills in the right gear.
I did notice that it goes a lot better without a pillion and I know that’s obvious on a 125 but still made quite a difference in the amount of times you have change down.

Two more sold CB125F’s   I would love to know how many they actually sell in a year.

First time using this place, family business, they mot everything. Recommended to them by a guy who I fixed his harley brakes for. Told the tester who I was and he said "oh you're the brake guy, did a great job on John's bike, your bike will be fine." Spent half an hour chatting and passed the bike, not many old school places like that left.

True, but I am lucky to have one 3 miles from me and another about 20 miles proper places run by genuine people.  Doesn't hurt that he one 3 miles from me is married to one of my cousins.  👍

Bloke in the next room just died.

It's alright mate it's not compulsory.  People die all the time same as people are being born all the time.  I suppose I see more of it because of my job but believe me people die all the time and while it is sad it is part of life.  Doesn't mean you are next.  Chin Up that Man!

They stuck a catheter in my dick last night.

Fucking agony.... It's still in now.

I am lucky enough never  have had to have one of them things but they send shivers up my spine.  The medics use them a lot in my line of work, I gotta look after the stock levels  and shit concerning them.  I have been told in detail how they work and probems concerning them.  Makes me fuclking cringe.  😳  Apranently for the medics fitting a female one is much worse than a male one.   🙄

They confirmed that I had a heart attack...... But I had no pain.

I suspected that when they rushed you in for the stents, but didn't saying anything as I didn't want to worry you.    I had a similar experience although I wasn't confirmed to have had a heart attack until roughly a month afterwards.   I had no chest pain although I didn't feel well and was blue lighted to A&E.   They reckon I had the actual heart attack up to 3 days before I felt unwell and was rushed in.  Apparently they discover a minor heart attack by blood test but the markers from that dissipate in a few hours so mine wasn't discovered until I had an ultrasound weeks later.   It's not the end of the world mate but a warning.  Listen to it and take things easy, don't ignore the medics.     Get well soon 👍
