My day today was going to the cemetry after we had a phone call to say that the Sister in laws and mother in laws headstone was finished and put on their grave, the grave is still in a sunken state until about April when hopefully the ground will have dried and hardened. Then we can start to brighten it up a bit.

Who
Franz Anton Beckenbauer was a German professional football player, manager, and official. Nicknamed "der Kaiser", he was a versatile player who started out as a midfielder, but made his name as a central defender. He is often credited as having invented the role of the modern sweeper.

I had heartburn all last night, which stopped me from sleeping. Antacid tablets didn't sort it out either!
I've had this problem for years, I suffer with reflux, I find that plain bread helps a lot, it soaks it all up.

It would have been more exciting for if you'd walked down the road a bit . You could have stood outside 'the Beacon' and shoted loudly 'why isn't this callled the Colston Hall anymore'
That would have guaranteed you full attention from about 1000 woke feckers in less than a minute
Why did Colston Hall change its name?
The Colston Hall has been rebranded the Bristol Beacon - severing the link with Edward Colston, the slave trader whose nearby statue was chucked into the harbour in 2020
