Apart from the house I was born in, this is the longest I've been in any house (15 years). We would like to be somewhere different after all this time, but the cost and logistics of another move at our age is too much to take on.

I thought that might be the case with the Beemer toolkit cos there wasn't as much in there as I expected. But it turned out the chain tools were all in there!
