Yes, there has been one or two situations in the past here involving motorcycle crashes, hospital visits, broken bones, sleeping underground in caves, food poisoning, food spitting onto visitors' plates, dental problems, intimidation by Rottweilers, getting strangled by ghosts, carjacking, and brawls in pubs. But nowhere's perfect is it? So for those of you who know me........what advice would you give to Rich on what to expect?

I'm not sure Dave.......him and his missus both had bikes, then they sold them years ago. I don't think he has any interest in them now.

Yes you are! We have quite a varied range of bikes here.....but no KTM's.

Same here.....I'm Livin' The Dream! And yesterday was 21c, blue skies, and totally calm.......but Mon-Fri I need to be here to take mails and calls from clients. Having said that, I still have to be contactable on weekends in case of emergencies. But those situations are rare.
