Well, they are endangering Federal and State matching funds. How can a motorcyclist "stay in their vehicle", we dont have innee;s only outees.. I pay for my M endorsement, license and tag fees, i have a E-Z Pass with an M on it and very proud of that. They dont have the authority to ban motorcycles.

I wouldnt want to be in that queue, see the rules, leave no gap between you and the vehicle in front all while never stopping? Is there anyone on the planet that thinks people can drive like that?
