From what ive been told..no...its not a clean kill...you see the inners of the animal most likely explodes inside and contaminated the meat...if it was struck like only by the head and died instantly...I'd say yes...
But by the law you're not supposed to...ive heard that in cases where the animal died in a clean kill..and if the forest rangers get to it in time...its taken to a butcher shop and the meat is given to less fortunate like food bank or something...
