He went out with his mates last night and she marched him home, forced him to drink pints of water and take paracetamol then threw him a pillow and blanket and told him to sleep quietly on the sofa. The forks a basically brand new now, it will be ready for parts bin when she gets her full license.

Took the CBF out for a 90 mile shake down today. Running sweeter than it ever has in my ownership. Also the forks are dry so the seals are holding, shouldn't have been in doubt but on the third attempt doubts creep in.

You do realize this is 2010...not the first time the thing has been taken apart...I just un-screewed it and it was already buggered up...and unskilled guy like yourself would have probably broken the bolt...complicating things...lol.

Oh and I've done a face-lift to the garage...had previously painted the walls white without using a primer...and the glue from the boards bled through...it looked horrible..so I painted the wall gray and added a few decorations on the wall...it turned out ok...

Well all done and back together...a fairly easy 250 bucks....if you ask me ...think he's getting a bargain...wondering what and actual shop would charge...
