  1. Past hour
  2. Possible , haven't really checked on it , I only know some.. not all were having issues after switching to lithium 23 and older...I might look at another lithium after this one craps out...but my confidence has been tarnish, I was only lucky I was close to home and managed to limp it back ...I just think for myself anyway a gel battery suit me more...what if the battery craps out on a ride..you can't charge it with a regular charger to get the bike going or giving it a boost with cables...
  3. Today
  4. Wear it wherever you like, no one is worried about that.
  5. My Christmas season has been spent looking after Mrs. Hook w/ her new knee...gotta admit that I'm proud of her for doing well w/ her recovery. Seeing consistent increments of improvement everyday. Kind of anxious to see how well she'll be doing by our anniversary in Feb. Hopefully be mobile enough to do a day trip to Hermiston to see my Great G-son by then...
  6. Of course I won’t wear it outside of the house, dum nuts . I will wear it up the shed though, it’s warm and it shows Shadow that I appreciate what’s she does for me.
  7. If I recall they have only started saying they are lithium friendly from 2025 year.
  8. They do mate but that is part of the fun.
  9. Don't know why ...but something on the bike didn't like the lithium battery, switched over to a gel battery, the bike ran perfectly for the rest of the 24 season, the recall was only done this year...it was causing the bike to over charge...
  10. Then what was the point of using a tender? Oh yeah, the bike is shit, I forgot.
  11. Idiot and idiot...the bike was never sitting more than a week...it was early summer when I changed to lithium..
  12. Also if you were not riding for more than a month then you should remove the battery connector and leave it in a semi discharged state. Lithium does not like being held at 100% for months at a time. That information is readily available.
  13. But did you switch it to lithium? The Noco charger can charge multiple types of battery. If so it must have been wrecked by the crappy charging system in the bike.
  14. Well you got that right finally..lol
  15. Well you can't fix stupid and here's the proof.
  16. And for your information I had a Noco smart charger battery tender , no where did it say to never leave it on..
  17. My lithium battery is fantastic.
  18. Twat....suppose now your gonna tell me Harleys don't have recalls...
  19. I had to...the thing wouldn't kick over if it was sitting for 5 days , it was part of the recall, battery drain...some computer wasn't shutting down completely after the ignition was switched off...
  20. Clearly an inferior charging system. Plus if I recall you kept them on a battery tender which is the best way to destroy lithium cells.
  21. The picture is numero one O , but the bike isn't a pretty one...lol
  22. I didn't get much luck with those , after two replacements ...don't know if the two batteries that I got were defective ...it was sure messing up the charging system...the dash cluster would go black and the bike would shut completely off a minute down the road..
  23. Have you decided which wank panzer picture you are using?
  24. The Noco lithium I have had on the Glide for a year and a half is excellent.
