You know you can clean the dpf yourself with Coca-Cola?
-
Can’t you just jam the valve open on the filter?
-
Dam polution crap again...DPF filter was 95% clogged, he's able to see it from data coming through his laptop....I guess when it gets close to regen time , some of them start acting up before the light turns on to give you a warning its close to regen time....hopefully the bill won't be to bad.. I checked about deleting the emission crap , says the have to send the ecu to Quebec to a specialty shop to have it modified.....said he did one , the ecu failed 6 months later , so the fellow had to buy a new ecu have it shipped back to Quebec and the ecu in these sell for 10,000 dallors, price went up , they were 6 g a few years ago...so definitely won't going down that road....

If you weren't leaning into the corners....you ain't a Rider.
-
Don't knock it till you try it....tell you one thing , it sure does look better than Pedro famous Horsecock caserole...lol.
-
Was chatting with the LS tractor dealer few minutes ago , he's got one of his service tech in my area (15 min away ) doing some work on another machine...he said he could check it out around noon sometime...told him yes , have him stop by...anyway there's no way to get the air out other than loosen the injector lines wich is a total pain in the arse with all that crap sitting on top of the engine...and they can preform the bleed with there special scanner tool...without having to loosen lines...
-
Just made my most favorite shrimp dip ...mmmmm. Ingredients are...cream cheese, sour cream, .mayonnaise, seafood sauce , shrimps, green onions, green pepper , tomato, top off with mozzarella ..
-
I had it regen at times at night...it get so frigen hot you can actually see ambers shooting out of the exaust..lol..and it runs at time 30 min at full throttle, just the amount of fuel it burns is ridiculous...lol.
-
And another thing...this unit is 35 hp , they have 40 and 45 hp , all using the exact everything, same displacement , same engine , the hp is controlled by the ecu and fuel pump pressure, so I could possibly get more hp if I decide to go this way...
-
There is a diesel shop in town , ive heard good reviews about the place , tampering with diesel emissions are illegal here but it isn't enforced, everyone who owns a diesel truck or machinery after the manufacturer warranty is over...they have everything deleted, I might stop in today and chatt with the fellow to see if he has any experience with this make and model of tractor .
-
I would post the video but the dog ate the memory card.
-
Sometimes you can get an emulator that you plug in that makes the computer think it is still there.
-
All those things can be removed fairly easily, the trick is to find someone with the computer hardware to re-programmed the unit...if Im not mistaken the computer has to be physically opened up , to remove or by pass certain things....so it has to be done by someone who knows what he's doing...if im not mistaken the ecu is ultra expensive...

No adblue , its got one of those diesel particulate filter canister sitting on top of the engine , all computer control , with a bunch of sensors, it normally regenerate every 50 hrs or so , if you run at low rpm , under 2000 rpm , it will regenerate under 50 hrs...takes any wheres from 15 min to 1/2 hour for it to do its thing....all things that I would like to remove eventually....the engine bay is just totally cramped with shit, without access to anything..
-
And then your alarm clock went off....
- Yesterday
-
It is easy to delete an EGR valve, does it use adblue?
-
Anyway diesel were at one time easy to work on , this is a total nightmare with this polution crap gizmos on it...ill be looking eventually to try to find a diesel shop that could possibly delele everything...
-
Excellent idea Catt...to late for me to try that now...ill give it a go tomorrow maybe..
-
Could be, if the lines are all good then the next stop is the fuel put and if there is a manual primer then that’s a possibility.
-
I used to use some clear fuel pipe. Connect before and after the filter as nine times out of ten that’s where the prob is.
-
Well I checked every fuel line , they appear to be fine...there's a manual hand pump above the fuel filter to when changing the filter, to prime it up again with fuel....turn the inginision..pump till it's solid and you can't depress no more....I noticed when you shut it off..minute after I can pump 3 good pumps in it...wondering if the diafram could be puncture or cracked...
-
Probably just a bad seal on the fuel line, something perished probably as it is rarely used.
-
Are you one ? What do you think it could be .? I would start by fitting a fuel pressure gauge to the rail and see if im loosing pressure when it's turned off...but haven't got any gauges that read that high...its a high pressure fuel pump...
