When i had that pain in my shoulder and arm i couldn't get an appointment on the phone the wife said just go down there at opening time so i did i was in and out in half hour total waste of time for everyone though because the pain disappeared a few days later on its own

we keep loosing people because they chase money they don't seem interested in a stable job just jump to whoever pays the most. we pay the nation rate which is fair and we don't work our staff to death for their wage but people are not happy with that for some reason.

I had a go of my uncles V50 it was when i was screaming around on a VFR750, i kept hitting the red line on the V50 because where out ran out of revs is where the VRF started to take off, i could probably appreciate it now though

Your in the wrong game we cant get electricians and the ones we do get we can't keep and that goes for the shit ones as well. Yesterday morning the temperature was 2c when i got to the meeting point and it was 2c when i left for home but due to the riding we were doing i sweated all day perfect temperature for trail riding of this kind, All the tarmac roads we used had a lot of frost and ice on them which didn't clear until mid afternoon so we were slipping about on and off road. Two cancelled so there 11 of us and We decided to go as one group which worked really well with everyone following the second man rule religiously. We had one retire about half way with a damaged shoulder and knee after he binned it going a bit fast down a steep rocky hill and another lost his bike in the a river, when he was crossing the current took his front wheel from under him as he turned down stream luckily we got it started quickly and no damage to the bike, other than that the day was incident free. All the bad weather we've had lately made it an excellent route and everyone went home happy. Just finished washing the bike i needed a shovel to clear the pavement with the amount of crap the came off it LOL.

Legs are aching like hell today probably from paddling through the ruts

Just got back from a cracking days riding i didn't think i could have had a wetter or muddier day than last weekend but todays ride supersedes last weekends ride Only fucking washed it Thursday ffs, hoping a few photos will turn up so i can grab them later.

It was a great place everyone spoke good English and were very friendly and helpful

We didn't take much cash with us as we were expecting to use our credit card like we do everywhere else had to visit a bank to get some out. The locals said they had some big bust up with the government during covid where they were asked to go cashless and they all got stitched up so stopped using plastic to stick it to the man sort of thing apparently. And we were in Split not some one horse town.

the wife and i had a short holiday in Croatia last year and was almost caught out by them only taking cash couldn't use a card anywhere.

TRF trail ride around Clyro tomorrow i stated max of 8 riders and now we are 13 everyone has seen the forecast i think, going to split into two groups to make it easier to manage
