Got to drop off some scrap in the morning. It's been raining for so long now i cant remember when it wasn't so if i do go out on the bike it's going to be like this on the trails.

I just had two smothered in double chocolate spread and i think i had around 4 last night on the wife's test run lol

A normal filling or root canal is £47 with the NHS that included my checkup today not sure what it would cost private.

Nothing posh Clive its a NHS one been in the same practice for about 30 years they have been trying to kick me out because i haven't been in two years so booked a checkup today as I've had a slight toothache for the past couple of weeks and didn't want to wait until it became a real problem, need to revisit for a filling now. Got a new young woman to treat me now will have to see if she's any good. The bloke that used to treat me was like this

I took the day off today as i had a dentist appointment this morning so it got me out of bed early. The weekends weather is not so good so probably be doing sweet fa or i might go out on the bike will have to see how i feel.
