A trident is a three pointed spear, so yes I know that its a triple however when comparing this to the real Tridents it wouldn't surprise me if they used a four however in this case it appears that they took the Honda design and cut a pot off. Maybe they got Honda to design the engine, it certainly looks like they did the exhaust.
