Pete will now respond seriously with a post about the cost of matriculating a vehicle in Spain
-
Although there is a review of them on YouTube that consists almost solely of a fit women waving her arse at a camera
-
Nope, Mr Slowly is a lovely man but I reckon even he'd get a bit funny about me posting pics of my arse on a motorcycle forum

I’m gonna kick it off with my (in the post) purchase of a Pando Moto base layer leggings. It’s like Bowtex which I use all the time but apparently better. You can wear normal clothes and have some protection which is great in hot weather. The Chap in the Cap from Motolegends (totally up his arse, pontificating man who clearly gave himself his own nickname and announces it at the beginning of every review) really didn’t like Bowtex but does like the Pando Moto. They are softer, stretchier, better fitting and more breathable. The new ones are pretty pricey but the last iteration is being sold off cheap so I got a pair for £115 rather than £200

I’m sure I started one of these way back but I can’t find it so here it is again. Bought something for your bike or bike related, whatever it is, new lid, gloves, topbox stick it here for others to marvel at or more likely tell you why they don’t like it or that theres a quality cheaper alternative you missed
-
Not that he’s counting
-
Damn I missed “run out of teabags” off Petes reasons not to ride
-
Much as I want to take the piss out of Pete looking old I think it’s far more that you look younger. I wudda easily believed 55. And I’m usually pretty good at guessing ages cos I had to check the date of birth of thousands of feckers over the years, only occasionally was I surprised.
-
Yer I reckoned about 10 years.

What caused the two different ports? One takes a day longer to get to than the other, generally a good ten hours extra on the ferry to Bilbao ps get some sturgeron (cinnarizine) or the like and remember to take them just before you board, the bay of biscay is renowned for its choppy waters, (one of the roughest bays in the world) although September isn’t gale time, that’s usually October to March.

I dunno Pete I reckon “Waiting for parts” would fit pretty well with “it’s too hot” “too cold, “too rainy”, “too puddly.”
-
I got the gist from reading the modern day equivalent of revision cards- Wikipedia
-
If it’s any consolation I thought you were a lot (like a lot) younger than Pete (sorry Pete )
-
That sucks. Let things settle before making any drastic decisions. Something you feared might happen happened, that sort of thing takes a while to unpack and I really can’t help but feel it was more the branch holding the bike down that did you a wrongun rather than you not being able to lift the bike. But whatever makes you comfortable.

Goddam it ‘screwfix order is ready for collection’ thats my excuse to dither gone

A bit of light reading for you then.

I was going to ask the same thing!

Off to try and find two tins of paint the same colour, ooo the excitement.

Yer Wales is well worth riding (if it’s not pissing down) and the West Coast of Scotland is simply stunning, some of the prettiest roads I’ve ever been on. Never been to the Isle of Man, heard it’s not inspiring but iconic so has to be done. Both keep your eyes closed and wide open in Liverpool though
-
Well err yer n nooo So far Pete has demonstrated he's a keen follower and instigator of anything involving filth, particularly sodomy and this appears to be mostly (but not entirely ) a content producing move. He doesn't make regular reference to anything that doesn't boost the numbers (tech pro ), doesn't hound gay forum members and doesn't have pics of buff men wrapped in clingfilm on his camera roll. All that shits fine by me but you know.. just sayin'

If you’re meeting with Bob through Cheddar George is well worth a detour.

It’s a food forum, lots and lots of Americans. They (the forum not Americans) take life a bit seriously. Sarcasm, irony and straight out insults aren’t really understood. Your love of people who have their heads up their arses would see you banned by your second or third post

FFS one of them a gone to visit Mr Crapper that’ll be a 30 minute intermission and no-ones bringing round choc ices or popcorn
-
I’m off to watch Jaws and drink cider with my favourite halfwits
