  1. You not gna offer us from across the pond then? i see how it is
  2. Quite like the look of that place, how far is it from your gaffe?
  3. It seems like it eh, I have checked out a few places online to stay and they range from £39-59 a night which is reasonable so all we now need is for covid to do one so we can start putting this jolly in motion. I shall make a group pm with all those involved so we can collectively organise everything and all know what is going on
  4. Tbh I would be riding south to my parents who live by stansted airport i could fairly easily ride down to Southampton to get the ferry to Santander within 5 or 6 hours, and I agree with six I wouldn't particularly want to be slogging for hours on end although I get that is all part of the adventure but I would much prefer to fly over and pick up a bike from the airport that would be easier to ride on some of the more challenging roads if we choose to do some dark motorcycling
  5. Thats not good news wonder what caused the explosion
  6. It was a decade long drought I heard
  7. Just checked out that site six there's a couple of tigers and whatnot that I would go for butI like the sound of the himalayan
  8. Good mate will be good to have you along aswell
  9. But....we can ride in the wet unlike that old dago wannabe. I don't know what he would do if it rained whilst he was out on a ride, I'd guess he would freeze on the spot with fear and turn in to a gibbering wreck ?
  10. You gna join the outing then eh six
  11. Its flooded.....obviously not been pulling your weight
  12. Love the area around your place, looks like proper wilderness
  13. The other reason not to ride it is the ninja isn't the bike for the quite a few of the roads around Pete's area
  14. I have told her that I plan to take a trip to Spain and she said as long as I can afford it then shes ok with it, which came as a surprise. I would guess it would be much more than £400 for fuel there and back, flights I have found for 63 quid with Ryanair. I think fly hire would work out alot cheaper
  15. I also don't think the ninja would be too enjoyable on rutted unmade roads that are frequent around his manor
  16. That's fair enough mate, I wont be committing to anything until I know it wont end up going tits up, as said in the first post I am choosing to fly/ride rather than ride through france due to it being cheaper even though it would be more of an adventure financially it could be ruinous
  17. What's that the road to nowhere.....looks like something from an apocalypse movie
  18. These are all possible if they both have time free I wouldnt say no
  19. @Pedro when were you planning a visit?
  20. So I'm thinking about making a visit to spain for a week to see what havoc can be caused on xtreme(Pete's) manor and go on a few jollys on the bike with him as tour guide. Now to the nitty gritty of it, I am planning on going for the 2nd weekend in September as the holiday season will have finished by then and fingers crossed the flights should be more affordable, I did plan to ride down on my bike but at 1600 miles each way let alone what will be covered whilst there it would just prove way too expensive soo....my 2nd plan is to fly out to spain and hire a bike from the airport and ride to his area staying in a bnb or hotel. Bike hire is £525 and for that you can swing your leg over a tiger 800 or 1200 whichever takes your fancy though for where we would be riding the 800 would be a better choice. So my aim here really is to see if any of you guys would be up for joining in on the adventure so dont be shy book ya spots on this tour of a lifetime
  21. Did anything really change for you apart from the fact you were involuntarily house bound for a fair chunk of time?
