Anyway this morning doing a rear tire on Dan's bike... Think that we could possibly have the worse dealership on the eastern shore...lol...about a month ago a weather strip started dangling down onto the speedometer...he took the bike in for pictures and for approval for warranty stuff..so indian would approve...and it was in for that , oil change , air filter...wyll I was taking the bike apart this morning figured I'd have a quick look over...this is what I found...drive belt completely out of wack rubbing on one side of the pulley...coolant not top off...suspension pin so dry the needle bearing is marking the saft pin...I'm not even sure now the air filter was replaced...lol....boy do they need a marcel has a general manager...I just might have to come out of retirement if they paid me enough...lol. Oh yes for the weather strip...they replaced the speedometer itself...lol...wich was perfectly fine...the weather is attached to the facesia...and they just ripped off the dangling peice...lol. Anyway got nothing against immigrants...but in my mind , you need somone who can actually speak either English or French to be any type of manager...I swear you can't even make out what the hell they are saying half of the time...you swear you walk into a Punjabi motorcycle dealer it's that bad...lol....general manager, service manager, parts manager.... Again Im not blaming the guys in shop..I've worked in dealership and know how they push the guys to the limit and to rush things out of the door and guys probably receive bonuses and stuff... Last picture is the part that should have been replaced... So the moral of the story if you're capable of doing your own maintenance....do it yourself....dealership are for warranty work..that about it... So Dan paid 500 bucks to get the oil change..lol.

You can specify the quality that it is available in on your YouTube channel.

I have another mount and will try that Pedro...not sure exactly what's going on...when I look at video before loading it to YouTube...you see half of the front wheel and part of the wind jammer...and it looks more like your moving...that rider was doing 100 or 60 miles and hour..and after I passed, I was cruising at 80 miles h.....looks like Im not doing more that 50kph..lol. And the quality disappears...definitely not high def...after its on YouTube...probably because Im not on the YouTube premium chanel ?

We have always jumped between the main 3 but I hear they're all pretty crap now with very long waits. Haven't ever had to use them.

I have been looking at oil. The Castrol 5w40 I have always used on the GS has changed last year or something like that. It might or might not have helped the bike get a little bit of oil consumption. So, over the next few days it'll have Liqui Moly 5w40 Street Race put in, it's a highly detergent oil. Then in September I'll be going to Ireland to visit a few friends. Sometime in October or November or December I shall go to Morocco so probably need to change before that. That oil change will probably see Ravenol 5w40 put in, Ester based. We'll see how that goes, I'm hoping for some improvement. Worst case scenario is it stays the same.

It's a Ducati, so probably back to the workshop.
-
You need a chase mount.
-
Back to the workshop, or back to you?
-
Does it have image stabilisation? If not then the place with the least vibration the better otherwise it's unwatchable. A lot of action cams have built in software to take out the vibration but you can also do it with processing software afterward. The image stabilisation on the likes of GoPro and Insta is very good.

Consider putting the camera back on the bike, like on top of a pannier or sideways to the topbox. The farther back you get it, the more speed sensation you get.
-
For the wind noise, just put a little bit of tape over the microphone.
-
I do, Zurich premium recovery. Ever since the 1150 broke down in Morocco, they were very good. Here in Portugal, I was told it’s the same few companies that manage recovery for all insurance companies so it should be the same. I still keep being with Zurich on the bikes.
-
As a tip, @Marcel, the farther back on the bike you fit it, the more speed sensation you will get on the video. If you fit it up front showing nothing of the bike the video will feel very slow. Try a rear panier or the side of the topcase, facing towards the front of the bike.

AA at the moment, my car is 24 years old and I home service plus one of my bikes is 28 and another is 19. I used it last year when I put diesel in my CBF and the chap who came out was as good as gold. The office not so much. I’m probably going to change depending on what sort of cover I can get.
-
I have not used breakdown insurance for years but I always have it as recovery is mega expensive. This year I have gone back to Start Rescue, last two years the RAC gave me good rates but they were silly money this year. I opted for personal cover as my car is over 20 years old. Also most companies require dealer service records or they can refuse service, Start Rescue just require the vehicle to be roadworthy and are fine with people like me who home service. Who else has breakdown insurance and who do you use?

Looks like you have it mounted quite low.

think the HD recognizes the 126 + hp indian and pulled right away to the white line...lol. Not bad...except the wind noise...have to figure something.

This is what I've got going on today...trying the find a good place to fitt the cam on the bike...did a small test run yesterday wearing it has a magnetic necklace...but mostly everything is blocked out by the wind jammer....it's either going on the lower fairing or the windscreen...the windscreen is tinted...so I've got to check out if it's to dark for filming...
