Things have really improved in this fairly new segment of this motorcycle scene...perforance Baggers...

I have to tell you @Buckster after test ridden Roland's new bike...Harley are really stepping things up...and It's all due to this competition rivalry between indian and Harley...don't think the section will be a fade away like the custom choppers did some years ago..think its here to stay...I see alot of new younger rider...30 ish or so...everyone is performance bagger crazy...

I understand that as an owner of a performance bagger.

Think that we might the only two on here who understands this new segment in motorcycle racing...lol.

I'm thinking a couple more years of development and Harley and indian will be surpassing the busa benchmark and moto GP... ...they already do at drag racing...

Anyway this morning doing a rear tire on Dan's bike...

Think that we could possibly have the worse dealership on the eastern shore...lol...about a month ago a weather strip started dangling down onto the speedometer...he took the bike in for pictures and for approval for warranty stuff..so indian would approve...and it was in for that , oil change , air filter...wyll I was taking the bike apart this morning figured I'd have a quick look over...this is what I found...drive belt completely out of wack rubbing on one side of the pulley...coolant not top off...suspension pin so dry the needle bearing is marking the saft pin...I'm not even sure now the air filter was replaced...lol....boy do they need a marcel has a general manager...I just might have to come out of retirement if they paid me enough...lol.

Oh yes for the weather strip...they replaced the speedometer itself...lol...wich was perfectly fine...the weather is attached to the facesia...and they just ripped off the dangling peice...lol.

Anyway got nothing against immigrants...but in my mind , you need somone who can actually speak either English or French to be any type of manager...I swear you can't even make out what the hell they are saying half of the time...you swear you walk into a Punjabi motorcycle dealer it's that bad...lol....general manager, service manager, parts manager....

Again Im not blaming the guys in shop..I've worked in dealership and know how they push the guys to the limit and to rush things out of the door and guys probably receive bonuses and stuff...

Last picture is the part that should have been replaced...

So the moral of the story if you're capable of doing your own maintenance....do it yourself....dealership are for warranty work..that about it...

So Dan paid 500 bucks to get the oil change..lol.

Oh !  And I was finally able to test out Dan's 112....honestly I can't tell the difference...but his is completely stock..other than slip ons...

That is exactly why I don't let dealers touch my bike, these days they are only interested in you buying a new bike or dropping $5k on upgrades.

Forgot to mention Dan has been taken this bike for every service since new...think it's the third one....he's the type of guy that's affaird if something goes wrong under warranty...that the dealer will tell him...well that not covered  cause you didn't do the schedule maintenance according to the owner manual.....

Hey when are you gonna remove this 5 post per day bullshit....lol.....hope you know that means no tities pic for you...lol

Be careful your brake calipers don't snap off.

Tom Cruise What GIF

Oh I've seen your post now ....you two idiot should be doing something better than scoping FB post ...lol....for indian challenger breaks....

You want to know what I think...you should be making fun of other people rides...I understand the Harley..indian rivalry...and if you continue...I'm gonna give you another smack down...lol.

Let me clear things up for you two idiot...Buck and Bob...if you look carefully at the top bolt...that caliper was removed at some piont at the dealer...probably by someone who was flipping burgers the week before...and loaded the thing with to much lock tight...creating a gap and snapped off at the end of the bolt...

That top bolt is all chewed up...and Im wondering how many curbs he hit during that 700 milles...lol.

Im laughing at your ignorance...lol....if your looking for a bang for your bucks...indian has Harley beaten down on everything.

Power , suspension, brakes , stock audio system, power lock sadle bags , adjustable windscreen, stock seat...even if you could afford to buy a brand new cvo road glide...it's still down on power...115 hp...you'd have to dump another 10 thousand dollars just to mach a stock 108 from indian...so clearly Ian your out of your league...you have no idea what your talking about...lol.

Indian is really strong in sturgis...and they are kicking Harleys butt...we were approached by many Harley riders...all saying the same thing...indian offers such better oe standard equipment that Harley...

My stage 1 108 will kick any 131 any day of the week...lol.

@Buckster  check this out..that would look awesome on my bike...instead of that cheap looking speaker box stage 1 air intake from indian...its a prototype made by indian...looks like its a stock stage 1 cover and they either 3 d printed a new cover maybe...nevermind...carbon fiber...was told they will be available soon...but not in carbon fiber...lol...from indian..
