I'm the same now.....but that's my shrunken height! Lost about an inch I think......the wife has lost two inches, but some of that can be attributed to a hip replacement.

So how tall are you then Fred? Cos I'd estimate that we're about the same.

I must be the only person here who's BMI is in the normal range. Apparently the heaviest I can be at my height and stay within normal range is 79kg.
