  1. I'm army, 50% of my life is being surrounded by dicks in showers... 'gay' is pretty much my life
  2. I fucking love the sense of humour here Also, to @XTreme I'm currently based in fleet, North Hampshire, but I come from Portsmouth
  3. Can't say I've ever tried kipper, worth a go by the sounds of it.. if the wife let's me cook it
  4. Just to be sure, which is the 'other' site?
  5. I'll check that out next time, thank you for the tip!
  6. Looks like a totally different experience to what I had, would prefer that for sure!
  7. Hahaha, sounds like my ideal spot then! As you mentioned, some of the stuff I hear my colleagues come out with on a daily basis.. Nothing surprises/Bothers me anymore haha
  8. Signed up to a few yesterday. This one seems to be the most active/friendly though! (Not sure if that's just a "get in the van I have candy" approach ) Previous to this I've been parked over at another forum more aimed at motovloggers, but it's quite hit and miss, full of really lovely people from all over the globe, but as the subject suggest it's all very orientated around camera/drone/audio chat rather than motorbikes, so figured I would try dip my toes into something new.
  9. Oh really? I didn't imagine they'd ever be a time it would be quiet. Maybe I'll go back during the colder months then, would definitely enjoy it more with less people everywhere.
  10. Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!
  11. Hopefully stays in one piece until I'm ready to move on to something bigger!
  12. I'm still pretty new at knowing anything about bikes really, but it does seem pretty solid! I'm loving it so far!
  13. Have some friends who did similar, although I do believe they are better riders for it!
  14. Very true! Also why I jumped on a 650 first rather than diving right into a 1000, very aware of my mortality these days! haha
  15. I did my CBT last August, and then my DAS the following October, so not overly long to be honest! Wish I had done it sooner, had some incredible times and met some really great people since!
  16. I turned 36 on sunday! No news of heading to Ukraine as of yet, We seem to still be watching from afar
  17. When I inevitably visit again I shall go check out Helmet City! Thanks for the tip I'm lucky in the respect that I haven't been to many places on my bike thus far, so everything is new and exciting when I get round to them
  18. @Slowlycatchymonkey I did mention (I think it was called) Jacobs Ladder, but that idea got shot down quite quickly haha. I keep meaning to get up to Scotland! It looks beautiful up there! Also Wales to be fair - a few places there I'd like to go!
  19. @Slowlycatchymonkey Apologies for making you homesick! >_< Thanks for watching, I think we JUST managed to beat the main bulk of people by the time we arrived, we managed to get into a cafe and get seated right away and grab food although whilst we were eating it got veeeeeery busy! I did question the others about heading top side to get some better views, but none of us really knew how to get up there sadly. First time using the route map, quite liked how it turned out, will try remember to use it more! Cheers!
  20. Hey all, just joined so thought I should say hello! I'm from south UK, currently serving in the British armed forces and have a love for 2 wheels! Cheers! Limey
  21. @XTreme Thanks buddy! This was actually my friends drone - I was too scared to fly mine with the amount of people about and the lack of GPS signal in the Gorge haha, but his is a DJI Mavic, I think the most basic one though. In my previous videos where it's been my drone flying it's an MJX bugs 18 Pro.
  22. Myself and 2 friends recently took a trip down to Cheddar Gorge, the views were incredible. Will be looking to do a lot more of these types of rides!
