  1. Past hour
  2. I don't know if it is the stock 131 crank, I know it has a straight pin whereas most standard Harley cranks use a tapered pin.
  3. OK your admiting its not regular crank assembly, welded or not...it's not a crank that comes in , in any shape or form in a stock Harley...unlike the Indian...
  4. A simple press unit would deform at those hp and torque #....
  5. Your such and idiot....lol... I have maintained and service one of the most complicated bike that was ever built by man for some 20 odd years....the KTM 950 , and its still in mint condition...and wouldn't be affraid to take it cross country...wyll you only worked on tractor engines...lol.
  6. The difference is that I know and you don’t.
  7. I can think of two reasons. First is that the seat will probably be too high for you. Second is the cost of paying someone to maintain it for you, it will end up being a money pit.
  8. Welded, double Welded and I think a few are triple Welded...
  9. Why is that now...lol...it would only be used in town...
  10. I don’t think that would be a good bike for you.
  11. Those Harley motors use pressed cranks.
  12. Anyway make it easy for yourself and just admit defeated again...I know its extremely hard for you to admit when you are wrong...
  13. Today
  14. Well I can actually tell you that the Harley engine in King of the bagger are not pressed in crank design only...they are all welded and modified, the Indian Challenger uses the same exact crank that is in my 2023 with no modifications and those thing run around 180 hp....try doing that with a stock Harley crank and let me know what happens...kaboom!! Lol.
  15. They don’t, they do swap out the crank for higher power applications but there is easily a 50/50 split between S&S pressed cranks and welded cranks. You would know that if you had actual knowledge, that’s the problem with Google Ai retards, no actual knowledge.
  16. Aye whatever, it has a toothed piece of tin on the flywheel instead of a properly machined piece. You are a stuck record. Harley will definitely win the Bagger World Cup.
  17. Well answer this Mr Scotty , why everyone who know anything about Harleys and who are doing any serious engine upgrades ....the first thing they change out is the crank to a welded one....
  18. Don't know Buck but the Indian crank looks way more solid than the Harley one...Harley crank looks like its held together with pop rivets..
  19. I have significantly more mechanical knowledge than you, you are basically a tyre fitter that pretends to be a mechanic. A forged crank has some advantages but you still need to machine the wrist pin, I prefer fully machined flywheels. Here is the difference, the Indian crank assembly looks like it is made of Lego by comparison. Indian. Harley
  20. Anyway Buck even someone like you with little mechanical know-how can tell you a steel one piece crank is way stronger than a pin press or a welded one....
  21. Not on the poweplus.....Double KABOOM!!!
  22. By the way no engine components are from China....get your fact straight...you are starting to sound like the BBC....lol The powerplus is all American steel made in house in America...
  23. Would you stop embarrassing yourself....or I might have to lay down another smacked down hotel on your candy arse...
