Installed a couple more CCTV cameras yesterday and caught this bugger this morning. I'm trying to encourage smaller birds into my garden but all i get is these scaring them away and dropping stones on my roof

Maybe not, im not a fan of Rambo types, most of those guys are usually found in commuter parking lights with their Left blinker on.

I watched 22 years of the military playing with their toys, met two actual tough guys, the rest were just average joe and janes doing Duty.

For some reason I think my comment offended you, never my intention.  Just being silly.

The time of year is here where I live, if you have a "burn pile", burn it.  From land clearing, logging and such.  Needs to be done before the Spring.  Still makes the air smokey and rather unpleasant for dog walks.

But regardless, the smoke in the trees with the sun was fun to photograph and a bit eerie.

Thanks ?

I was a professional photographer for many years, along with my partner we had a photography lab and fine art studio for years.  So it is something I love to do and can seem to manage with any camera, for the most part.

It is a passion of mine for sure.  :littleguy:

That’s cool and explains it, they have got the look of someone who has a good eye for the right angles and light. Great thread.
Sadly not one I will be contributing a huge amount to cos my photography skills at the top of their game are mediocre ?
